Cooperation

Relationships connect communities.

That is the central idea of our current IB unit. In each unit we work on learning through that central idea. Right now we are focusing on the relationships in school, families and friendships near and far! In math we are looking at the relationships between numbers and how numbers are “connected”.

With each unit the children practice showing some of the IB attitudes. One of the attitudes is cooperation. Ask your child how he/she can show cooperation at home? The children showed cooperation working in small groups to create a poster on “How to be a good friend”

Cooperation in action: 🙂
